Program Details
Self-Leadership Program is a 5-week course conducted virtually on zoom. One Each week there is one session and is based on one of the five leadership principles discussed above.
Each Session has two components to it:

Theory, which is covered in form of micro-lessons to each session through videos and questions (4 micro lessons of approx. one hour total for each session);

Practice, which is in the online webinars which are highly interactive, as the theory is already covered in the micro-lessons. This allows the participants to have maximum conversation time with the trainers. (2.5-3 Hours each week)
